Ready for a yummy treat high in Riboflavin, Magnesium and has anti-inflammatory properties? I know I sure am, feed your body the right things to help prevent migraines! Enjoy! 
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 1/4 Cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root
  • Ice to preferred consistency
